All clients agree to not hold Lan Shu liable for any information that is received during an intuitive reading or life coaching session. Any decision or action taken as a result of the sessions is solely client's own responsibility. 

Terms Of Service

1. You must be 18 years or older to be Lan Shu's client.

2. Client should be available at the appointed date & time (if client needs to reschedule or update your contact information, please contact Lan at least 24 hours prior to the original scheduled time). Lan will not wait more than 15 minutes pass the scheduled session start time. 

3. Client may request a refund/cancellation up to 48hrs prior to the appointment. No refunds shall be made on completed sessions.

4. Client understands that information that comes from psychic sources needs to be processed through a filter of discernment.

5. It is imperative that client enters the correct information on the booking form when scheduling a session. It is client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any spelling, punctuation or special characters. Lan shall not be held responsible for any session tardiness that is a result of client's incorrect inputs.   

6. Lan reserves the right to terminate a session as a result of any form of trolling, abusive or aggressive behavior, rudeness and other inappropriate behaviors. Lan may also terminate a reading for other reasons if it is necessary. Lan's top priority is always to ensure the wellbeing of all parties involved (In cases of an abuse, refunds will not be offered).
