Card #1: Fresh Air

The world is in a massive transition phase, and you are also undergoing a lot of personal changes in conjunction of that. Sometimes, you are so overwhelmed that it causes a lot of mental (anxiety, depression…etc) and physical stress (shallow & trouble breathing, heartburn …etc). You want to quickly move to the end of the “change”, where things can be smooth, predictable, and comfortable for you just like it used to be. Your Angels are asking you to spend more time in nature instead of a confined indoor working space, whether being home office or a office building. Ask the angels to clear the energies in your room so that your body can absorb the best and purest Prana.

Nature is great at grounding our body and energy. Nature is also a wonderful place to de-stress. Nature has the ability to bring our mind and body to the here and now - to the present moment, so that less thoughts will be focused on “what should be done next” and the future… If you have pets, being with them can have similar effect on you as well. Just take a deep breath and remember that you are just a spiritual being coming to Earth to have a human experience. Start taking things less seriously and have some fun. You are the creator of your own reality and you have the power to manifest anything you want. Sometimes you simply have to LET GO and let the flow of the universe put together the puzzle pieces for you. Call upon Archangel Raphael for help, affirmations, and guidances.

Card #2: Second Opinion

You or your loved ones are undergoing a lot of detoxification and rebalancing at the moment due to the planetary shift of consciousness. A lot of subconscious emotions, physical aches and pains are surfacing to the awareness. It might manifest as a mental, physical or an emotional illness. You don’t know what is going on with your body and You have tried to consult a lot of traditional doctors but nothing seem to address the root cause of your symptoms.

Do not panic, worry or have fear for It will only worsen your symptoms. Just simply observe everything that are surfacing, accept, and let go…Let go of expectations and control and go with the flow.

Certain memories and people are surfacing for you to forgive and be forgiven! Certain pains are indicating blockages in that specific area of your body.. Releasing is essential in this phase in your life - release the emotions, old beliefs or mental struggles that could no longer serve you. Your body is literally “stripping down” the “old you” in order for the new you to spout, emerge and grow.

Trust that you are never alone for your angels are with you every step of the way. Call upon them to help you release and “cut” the unhealthy cords around you. Your angels will provide you with the strength, wisdom, and hope you need to move on. Spend more time with and in Nature - start searching for alternative treatment options during this transition phase of your life. There are a lot of naturopath, healers and light workers waiting to serve and assist you along your journey.

Card #3: Caffeine Free

This card is very straightforward yet important. It is a message from your angels that you need to slowly release and detach from substance addiction - it can be prescription medicines, coffee, sugar, drugs, meat…etc. As your body slowly moves on to a higher dimension, you will start feel the “pull” when you use those substances for they do lower your vibrations and keep you from moving on in your spiritual and personal journey. If you are wishing for more clear and direct messages from your helpers from “Upstairs” - getting rid of those substances would definitely assist you. It is also essential to cut unhealthy cords to abusive relationships, sex addiction, and self-sabotaging thought patterns. Those cords reduce your energy and keep you from ascending to the higher orders of Light.

I also sense a lot of blockages in the throat chakras - you might be a shy, submissive or verbally “aggressive” person in the past, this is a message for you to start opening and connecting with your heart chakra so you can start speaking the truths from your soul. Singing, speaking light languages are all great ways to release the blockages in that chakra. Call upon Archangel Raphael to assist you or envision yourself be surrounded by a big ball of blue or green healing energies - violet flame is also a wonderful tool that can be used by visualizations. You are yet to discover and fulfill your life purpose and cutting the unhealthy addictions and cords will release the “toxins” and accelerate your healing and growth.
